President’s Message

Greetings School Nurse Colleagues! 

Welcome back to another school year. I hope that you had an enjoyable summer break, and you had time to spend with family and friends.  It appears so far that we will be expecting another busy year, as the Covid virus is still active.

We continue to promote NYSASN membership, it is the only professional organization dedicated to School Nurses.  When you do, you will automatically be a member of NASN as well. There are lots of resources from both websites. Please consider joining NYSASN.

We continue to look for new NYSASN members to add to our committees. We have a few zone openings and are eager for fresh new faces to fill these roles. Please reach out to any board member or myself for additional information.

Thank you for taking care of New York State's children. Let's join together to make it a great year!!
