President’s Message

Greetings School Nurse Colleagues! 

Happy New Year!!

I hope that you had an enjoyable Holiday break, and you had time to spend with family and friends and hopefully just relax!

We continue to promote NYSASN membership, it is the only professional organization dedicated to School Nurses.  After joining you will automatically be a member of NASN as well. There are lots of resources from both websites. Please consider joining NYSASN. 

We have a few openings to our board- Secretary and Treasurer and also a few Zone areas need representation. Please reach out to any board member or me for additional information. Everyone is welcome.

Our Annual General Membership Meeting and Conference will be April 5 and 6, 2024 in New York City area, more info to be released soon. The topic will be              " Emergency Care in Schools."
