HealthCare Support is seeking a Manager of Care Delivery – RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in White Plains, NY!

Daily Responsibilities For Manager Of Care Delivery – RN

• Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses/UAS
• Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• LTC coordination, meeting with the interdisciplinary team, reviewing nurse notes for deficiencies, and discussing caseload.
• Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  
  
  

Required Qualifications For Manager Of Care Delivery – RN

• Active NY Registered Nursing license
• 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Leadership/Supervisory experience, overseeing a team
• Homecare / Home Health experience

Pay Details: $120,000 - $125,000 Annually
