Position Description

We are looking for a RN Case Manager in New York, NY.

Compensation: $75-100k

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • BSN preferred; ADN with experience considered.
  • Licensure:
    • Current RN license.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience.
    • Experience in case management preferred.
  • Certifications:
    • Case Management Certification (CCM or ACM) preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Skills:
    • Strong clinical knowledge
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills
    • Ability to manage resources effectively
    • Advocacy and patient education skills
